About Us

We believe that business can be a powerful tool for making the world a better place for those we love and care for.

Our Vision

We believe in a digitally enabled model of integrated care that enables acute patients to be treated at home to prevent admission, or enable early transfer home from hospital - enabling care in the comfort of familiar surroundings, in the company of family & friends, with prevention of recurring illness.  We believe in doing so, we will improve clinical outcomes and create a sustainable system, capable of serving growing demand.

Our Mission

We will develop digital solutions & services that enable delivery of virtual home-hospital models at scale, efficiently and safely - by enabling orchestration of workflow and communications across disparate teams of hospital-based, remote and in-home teams of clinicians and carers, with robust management of care quality, medicines adherence, operations, home-care sourcing, patient monitoring and escalation processes.
