    Patient App: Visualise, store and track the measurements you take with the remote monitoring equipment included in the Device Pack.  Highly intuitive and available on iOS and Android. 

    Clintian Portal: Share your vital signs data from the Patient App with your regular GP or Consultant, or when receiving a service from Virtue with our Consultants, Doctors and Nursing Hub. 

  • Initiate immediate monitoring when needed

    When encountering an urgent medical crisis, as the term implies, time is of the essence.  Virtue Plus Membership provides you with the same VitalSigns devices that we use to monitor patients in our Urgent Acute Virtual Ward.  You can have peace of mind that when you encounter an urgent medical crisis, we can onboard you into this Urgent Acute service by means of a simple call or message to our Nursing Hub and we will start monitoring your immediately.  This saves on the time otherwise required to send the Device Pack by courier, which could ultimately mean the difference between our ability to onboard you or recommend you attend NHS A&E or other private services.    

  • Improve self-management of your condition 

    There is considerable wisdom in the old adage that prevention is better than cure.  Indeed, this philosophy is emerging as the gold-standard of modern clinical practice, known as ‘preventative medicine’.  Regular monitoring of your vital signs data, relevant to your conditions, is a valuable way of better understanding your own conditions and how to self-manage them effectively.  This can assist you to proactively lessen their impact, reduce exacerbations that cause need for treatment, as well as enable planned elective intervention rather than reacting to urgent crisis events as they occur.
