What happens next?
Following your booking you will be sent an email with a calendar invite at the date and time you requested. If for any reason you need to change the booking time you can reschedule from the email and an updated calendar booking will be sent
A member of our Client Services team will call you at the agree date and time discuss the details of your enquiry. If you are interested in any of our services they team will be able to explain each of the services and options. We may ask you some questions about your current condition and past medical history. This helps us tailor a service that best fits your needs. Once you are ready to proceed with will make a record of your consent and proceed to take payment and plan your onboarding to the service. This can be done within a matter of hours, or at a slower pace should you wish to have time to reflect on the decision and discuss with family members of your clinical team.
