What happens after I submit the Referral Form?

Following receipt our your Self-Referral form, a Member of our Client Services Team will contact you to understand your treatment objectives, explain the Remote Monitoring Plan options and pricing. Once we have understood your requirements we will provide you with a Service Schedule and explain our Terms of Business, which can also be found here on our website. To support your consideration of the services, we will send a copy of the Service Schedule and Terms of Business to you and arrange a follow-up call should you wish.

Once you are ready to proceed, we will make record of your consent to proceed and then take payment and then onboard you into the service. This can be done within a matter of hours, or at a slower pace should you wish to have time to reflect on the decision and discuss with family members of your clinical team.

Self-Referral into our Acute Virtual Ward

Our Acute Virtual Ward is open for Self-Referral by Virtue Members only.

If you are not a yet a Virtue Member, contact us using the Membership Enquiry form, or call us to discuss becoming a Virtue Member.

Don’t want to become a Virtue Member?

If you want to do not wish to become a Member, however still wish to receive treatment in our Acute Virtual Ward, you may do so by being referred by a Virtue Consultant, or by any other Consultant or GP.
